In an effort to continue providing programs to aid architects and designers in the facilitation of healthier products for their green building projects, UL Environment has launched a Wellness Certification program for products designed to help demonstrate a product’s contribution to requirements in the WELL Building Standard. The Wellness Certification can apply to products such as furniture, interior paints and coatings, adhesives and sealants, insulation and lighting. UL’s Wellness Certification requires each product to meet the applicable requirements listed in the WELL Building Standard, and can evaluate additional criteria as requested. [...]
